Consent to receive marketing communications

Subject of the consent

I hereby confirm that I wish to receive e-mails with marketing communications from OEZ s.r.o., with registered offices at Šedivská 339, 561 51 Letohrad, business ID No.: 49810146 (hereinafter referred to as the “OEZ s.r.o.”) regarding products and services of OEZ s.r.o.

My personal profile in the CRM will also store information about whether and when I opened a marketing e-mail from OEZ s.r.o.; OEZ s.r.o. uses Ecomail.cz, s.r.o. to send marketing e-mails. 

Furthermore, my profile will also store the following information, which I will provide directly on the OEZ s.r.o. website or, where applicable, which is stored in the CRM of OEZ s.r.o:

  • Personal contact details (e.g. name, academic degree, company, position/role, country, telephone number)
    Information about the company I work for (e.g. address, field of business and other publicly available information).   
  • OEZ s.r.o. will use the data described in the previous paragraph (hereinafter referred to as the “data”) for sending marketing content to me (e.g. their newsletter, invitations to events and trade fairs etc.). Besides that, the data will also serve for the needs of employees of the OEZ s.r.o. sales department to enable them to send me suitable offers and to help me or my company in the best possible way. 
    Your data will be automatically deleted from the automated marketing system of OEZ s.r.o. when it is no longer needed for marketing purposes or if you withdraw your consent.

Data transmission

The providers of our automated marketing platforms, Raynet s.r.o., Sofico s.r.o., also have the technical means to access your data.

Consent withdrawal and other information

I can withdraw this consent at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mails I receive or by sending an e-mail to novinky.cz@oez.com.

I will no longer receive commercial marketing content based on this consent after I withdraw it.
